The Notorious MTG

In politics today, I'm finding it harder and harder to find people that I can respect.  People that will have a backbone.  People that are not such...swamp creatures.

The election of 2020 was one for the record books.  For so many ways.  If you follow my blog for very long, you will soon figure out that I'm a Trump girl, through and through.  Now, 2016 was a totally different story, but that is for a different post.  This post, however, is about a different Trump girl.  The notorious MTG.

If you don't know who that is, her name is Marjorie Taylor Greene.  She is from Georgia's 14th District and she is a lightning rod, to say the least.  She happens to be one of my most favorite chicks in the House right now.  Rep. Lauren Boebert is another one.  MTG is a spunky chick who won't back down.  She was elected to kick butt and take names.  And she is trying to do just that.

Washington is full of the vile muck and mire of depravity that political deviancy brings.  If you weren't awake and aware until last summer of things that happens behind the closed doors of Hollywood happenings that the muckety mucks of DC were participating in, well, welcome to being awakened.
People are just beginning to wake up to the disturbing reality and are tired of it.  And so, WE THE PEOPLE decided we weren't going to be sending the same people back to the Swamp.  We sent people who were ready to clear the swamp no matter the cost.  And that is the type of person that Rep. Greene is.

She isn't afraid to stand up to Nancy Pelosi, the Squad, or the Swamp Republicans.  She wasn't afraid to have the backs of 74+ million Americans who stood by and watched as our votes were trampled and a free and fair election was wrenched from our republic.  She stood by President Trump.  She listened to her constituents and she did what she pledged to go there and do.  And the Swamp can't stand people who refuse to play the game by their rules.  They don't like people who buck the system.

And that is why, by a crushing vote of 219 Democrats and 11 Swamp frog Republicans voted to remove her from her committee assignments tonight.  They think they are punishing her.  They are "punishing" her for opposing the certification of the electoral college (which many of them did in 2016).  They are "punishing" her for opposing Nancy Pelosi's appointment as speaker.  They are "punishing" her for filing articles of impeachment against the illegitimate resident in chief. They are "punishing" her for past social media posts that hurt their feelings.  They are "punishing" her for standing up for WE THE PEOPLE.

They are playing with fire.  They are so used to the feckless, feeble Republican party of the past.  The party of Mitch McConnell.  The party of subservience, of never fight back.  But, they don't even realize that President Trump taught us one MAJOR lesson these last 5 years ~ how to fight.  And that is the lesson that this new Republican party will not forget.  With leaders in it like MTG and Lauren Boebert and Madison Cawthorne and Josh Hawley, we will fight to the death to take our country back.  We will do what we must.  The old Republican relics of Mitch McConnell and Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger may not feel welcome, and SO BE IT.  We, the majority, are no longer silent.  We will FIGHT and we will win and we will take our party back and we will not be Sheep.  We will Roar like lions.

The Socialists who are fighting like hell to make our country to be like Venezuela forgot to count on one major thing.  WE THE PEOPLE.  We still matter.  We have people in Washington that will fight for us and will not be silenced no matter what.  And they need to remember that we now know their games, and we can play them, too.  2022 is coming and we are coming after all the seats of those feckless Republicans and those socialists who are damaging out country.  Be careful what you wish for, it could boomerang back on you and you find yourself in the same situation.

Thank you, Rep. Greene for all you do!  All of us across America have your back!

 Hey, y'all!

Welcome to my blog!

I want to introduce myself a wee bit ~

I'm just an ordinary girl woman, who obviously sees herself MUCH younger than she is 😂, who loves Jesus, loves my family, and loves my country.

Many years ago, April of '91-ish,  I woke my preacher dad up on a stormy Saturday and I told him I most certainly didn't want to go to Hell nor did I want to get left behind in the Rapture.  Oh, how that haunted me for weeks.  I was 12, I think, and every time it stormed (which was often in summer in Oklahoma), I just KNEW the Rapture had taken place and I was left behind.  So, I just had to, once and for all, get it settled.  So, my dad took me in his office, tired and maybe a wee bit grumpy, he took out his Bible and I finally repented of my sins and gave my life to Christ.  I have neve once regretted it.

Fast forward to present day ~

I am a wife to a smokin' hot bearded dude.  We have been married for 21 years (our anniversary is in just a couple days, so I'm gonna say we made the 21 year mark).  We have 4 awesome boys.  Our oldest is active duty military, stationed stateside, for the time being.  And I homeschool the remaining 3 we have at home.  The 3 still in our nest are currently in 10th grade, 7th grade, and 1st grade.  My oldest was homeschooled since the very beginning and so, I've been homeschooling for the past 16 years.  Only 11 years left.  WOOHOO.

I'm also working at learning a few things ~ I would love to learn to garden.  I want to be a little more self sustaining and less dependent on big box stores.  I want to know that if and when the economy tanks, my family will be fine and survive on what we have in our garden, shelves and freezers.  And that takes, learning, space, and time.

I also do my best to stay politically knowledgeable and active.  I'm a Christian, first of all.  My allegiance belongs to my King of kings and Lord of Lords.  But, I get my politics from HIS word.  My faith guides my politics.  If HE's against it ~ so am I.  When I vote, my Bible is my voters guide.  I compare my candidates against the lens of THE WORD.  And that is how I choose.  So, I vote for Life, Liberty, and for the Pursuit of Happiness that the founding fathers laid out in the Constitution of this great land of ours.

This blog will be many things.  It will be political.  It will be a place for me to showcase the things I make to sell.  It will be a journal of the life of our family.

And most of all, I would love it if you would join us on this journey.  We'll fight for our country, and we'll make some cute things, and go fun places, making memories while we do it!  All to the glory of the Son!
